Unfortunately goods cannot be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

You can return items within 14 days of purchase. They need to be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase, and we will be happy to exchange or refund if the goods have been misrepresented in description or image. 

Please let us know within 5 working days for prompt attention. Rings should be worn only for few minutes to see if they fit. Please do not scratch them. Earrings cannot be accepted for return once worn, for reasons of safety and hygiene.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Images on the site are not to scale, we try to provide measurements as accurately as possible. 

Please note: 

You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility until it has been delivered to us, so we do advise you to get proof of postage. 

All purchases are covered by the distance selling regulations.
